We have a department of motivated technical professionals which is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including all major holidays) in order to provide the best quality of service to our customers. Working in the SMC, our technical services and network call center, is a great way to learn our business and products from the ground up. Candidates applying for a position in the SMC cannot have any restrictions on their availability (i.e. school commitments, another part time job, etc.). We honor those who serve our country in the armed forces, and we are very happy to accommodate National Guard drill commitments. You can expect a fixed schedule on either 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. Because we recognize that these work schedules are unique, we make sure your 2 days off are always together. As a bonus, SMC team members working 2nd and 3rd shift are offered a 10% pay differential.
