How do I order this new service?
Simply contact Cybera at 866-4-CYBERA or click to get started. Fill in your contact information and Cybera will contact you to get the process started and answer any questions you may have.
Do I need to purchase my broadband from Cybera, or can I use my own?
If you already have broadband services at your store locations, there is no need to purchase broadband from Cybera. If you do not already have broadband services, Cybera does offer reliable, managed and affordable access services such as DSL, Cable and 3G/4G.
Is this solution PCI compliant?
Cybera is a PCI DSS Certified Solution Provider and member of the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. The Cybera Security & Networking Package has helped address PCI DSS requirements in some of the industry’s most demanding PCI DSS audits.
Does your solution support other restaurant applications such as my loyalty programs?
Yes. Third party applications such as loyalty, digital video for surveillance and inventory management, can continue to function as they currently do on the existing broadband connection or they can be incorporated into part of the Cybera Security & Networking Package. Ask your Cybera sales representative about securing your other applications.
What is the maintenance policy for the solution?
The Cybera Security & Networking Package includes next business day replacement of failed equipment via FedEx overnight delivery.
What do I do if credit cards are not processing?
Your existing support process remains the same.
How is my service installed?
The Cybera Security & Networking Package can be quickly and easily self-installed, with the assistance of the Checkers & Rally’s help desk. A typical installation of the service takes thirty minutes to one hour. Optional integration of other third party applications can occur at any time after that, and the time for that integration will vary.
