One of the hallmarks of Cybera’s SmartNetworkSM is the proactive monitoring of the network 24/7/365. Cybera proactively provides information about customers' network, circuit status, and performance. In addition, our customers also want to view real time information related to the status of their network at their convenience. SmartViewSM will do just that, providing access to key information about each customer's network including connectivity type and speed, order status on orders placed, and outage or trouble tickets being resolved. Coming soon, the SmartView customer management portal will be viewable from any Internet-connected Web browser using a secure login and password. Information accessible through SmartView will be populated real time during the user session directly from Cybera’s operational systems.
SmartView will be a helpful addition to Cybera’s dedicated project managers, weekly work in progress reports and live, 24/7 Solutions Management Center. With SmartView, Cybera customers will be able to simply log into a Web-based portal to view, track, and manage open tickets or order status at a glance. Included with Cybera’s managed service at no additional charge, SmartView will help you manage common requests such as:
- Troubleshooting access issues
- Checking progress of new service requests
- Viewing open and resolved help tickets
To secure the system, role-based authentication will help ensure that only the right individuals in your organization are given access to critical network data. Passwords will expire periodically to further enhance security. |
