Dedicated Project Manager
As design implementation begins, each customer is assigned a dedicated Cybera project manager. This individual will manage the entire implementation process and serves as a single point of contact at Cybera, but the entire Solutions Delivery team works in support of each and every successful implementation and customer experience.


Project Kick-Off and Ordering
The dedicated Cybera project manager will host a project kick-off call between Cybera’s implementation team and the customer.  Associated with the kick-off call, Cybera will write up a customized implementation plan and put together a specific statement of work for each customer’s account.  The project manager then coordinates with the provisioning team to place the orders for the customer’s host connection, as well as all remote locations, based on the chosen access type and speed, meeting all requirements specified in the statement of work and implementation plan.


Installation
Cybera has cultivated enhanced relationships and senior level escalation paths with all carrier partners. Combine those relationships with the Cybera proprietary Operational Support System (OSS), and the result is an average delivery interval on last mile connectivity of nearly half the time of the standard industry averages. Cybera’s installation team is made up of highly experienced industry professionals who work very closely with customers to determine the most effective installation and communication process to meet the company’s objectives and minimize disruption at the store level.


Staying in the Loop
Cybera’s project management team utilizes a variety of proprietary communication and planning tools to maximize effective and efficient installation. Each customer receives weekly “Work in Process” status reports from their dedicated project manager, who also hosts a weekly status call. Customers also receive automated e-mail notifications from the Cybera OSS to key merchant contacts regarding firm order commitment (FOC) timing, install tech dispatch and successful installation notification for each site. In addition to Cybera’s proactive communications on order status, our customers always have access to their up-to-the minute accurate order status via SmartViewSM .

Once a customer’s host location is up, the dedicated project manager coordinates a call with Cybera’s Solutions Management Center to customize ongoing maintenance and monitoring needs.
