Chick-fil-A, one of the largest privately held restaurant chains in the United States managing more than 1,200 restaurants across 38 states, chose Cybera's SmartNetwork over other network alternatives because it was fully managed and addressed the companies need for consistent installation for new locations to meet market level business objectives.

By selecting an additional provider Chick-fil-A has been able to improve the installation experience and overall service levels. The original network strategy was primarily driven by a need for persistent connectivity to support sub-eight-second credit card authorizations. Today Chick-fil-A is considering web based training and other real time applications as the result of having broadband infrastructure.
