| CYBERA ANNOUNCES STAFF ADDITIONS AT NASHVILLE OFFICE |
NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 14, 2004 — Private networking provider Cybera Inc. has announced several staff additions and promotions at its Nashville office. In addition, Cybera has hired five new salespeople to expand its Southeast and Midwest presence.
Maureen Kelly has been promoted to manager of provisioning. Kelly will oversee the installation of network connections for Cybera clients. Jeanne McRedmond has joined Cybera as a project manager on the provisioning team. She will work closely with Kelly to improve Cybera’s order management capacity.
Solomon Kafoure is joining Cybera as a sales engineer, with responsibility for assisting the sales team with technical issues and questions related to proposals.
Troy Trogdon has been promoted to supervisor of technical support. In his new role, he will oversee the expansion of Cybera’s network operations and customer support, including increased hours of on-site coverage. Also joining the technical support team are Russ Church, Rick Lay and J.P. Flatt.
Kathy Smith has joined Cybera’s sales department as a customer account manager. In addition to servicing accounts, Smith will serve as the primary point of contact for sales and product support for all sales representatives.
