Cybera Unveils SmartView 2.0.0 Customer Management Portal
Customers Gain Easy Online Access to Site Details, Anywhere, Anytime
NASHVILLE, TN—NACStech Booth # 249— (MAY 1, 2007)—Cybera, a leading provider of private IP network solutions for multi-site enterprises, today announced the general availability of SmartView 2.0.0, effective June 1. SmartView 2.0.0, the next generation of Cybera’s customer management portal, assists customers in securely accessing technical details, orders, and billing information pertaining to their Cybera network services—from any Web-connected browser. On June 1, the service will emerge from beta with several strategic clients and will be freely available to all existing Cybera customers.
The new SmartView service, accessible with a secure password and login combination available from Cybera, allows a user with proper access to obtain a summary of network data connection types and speeds, history of orders placed, and status of trouble tickets being resolved—on a real-time, 24/7 basis. The information in SmartView is supplied directly from Cybera’s proprietary operational support system (OSS), resulting in efficient and accurate reporting of customers’ network implementations.
