Prior to Cybera, Jim most recently spent five years as chief financial officer of LifeTrust America, a senior services company based in Nashville, before retiring in 2004.

He held similar positions at Shop at Home, where he led the company’s initial public offering; Orchid International; and National Auto/Truckstops Inc.

Bauchiero earned a BS in Finance and Business Economics as well as an MBA from University of Southern California.
