David LaFontaine is Vice President of the Customer Resource Group for Cybera, leading the customer retention and growth strategy through the integrated efforts of the account management and customer solutions teams. Previously, LaFontaine served as Vice President of Account Management and Training for Investment Scorecard, where he was responsible for the account management of more than 720 enterprises. Following Investment Scorecard's acquisition by Informa Investment Solutions, LaFontaine led its client development organization, where he was instrumental in growth and increased retention across multiple business units with more than 1,400 clients. He has also held senior management positions with Ticketmaster Online-City Search and Progeny Marketing Innovations. LaFontaine earned a bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
